THE STORY

Omar Rodriguez Lopez, guitarist for The Mars Volta, announces the show...Le Butcherettes!...with a very warm welcome. He himself is a big fan and will be producing their upcoming album to be released on his Rodriguez Lopez Productions record label.

"I found them in Guadalajara near my home. There was no electricity, no other groups wanted to play, but this group began to play. I believe in this group and this is one of the best you will ever hear. I am proud to work with them and to produce their next album. This is Normandy and Teri Gender Bender, and they are Le Butcheretes!"

After Omar's words, the crowd screams with excitement as Teri Gender Bender immediately takes the stage.

Bathed in blood, wearing a birds mask similar to the those that can be found on The Mars Volta artwork, and carrying a duster, she obsessively begins to dust off the instruments in preparation for the show.

In no time, the band begins to play an errie, dark melody, and then quickly erupts to a more aggressive tone. As the show unfolds, Teri's energy is released onto the crowd who respond with incredible excitement and enthusiasm.
